The hotel is just a short walk from both the fine Parco Ciani and the historic Cathedral of Saint Lawrence.

Really had really comfortable stay for winter time. Very impressed with double room with balcony. Good and great location so close to the centre of Lugano, the cable car station to Mt and restaurant; early check-in. Also, near to the lake.

No elevator at all.

Rooms were well-equipped and provided with balcony, air condition in summer, the bathroom...

The rooms with external bathroom, air condition in summer, big balcony. Perfect location also close to the Monte Bre funicular, delicious and excellent breakfast.

It was near Lido di Lugano and Lugano for location and the exhibition center and the lake shore, good and great location overall. There were plenty of restaurants to eat, like La Rucola that was only 10 minutes' walk away...

Lack of air conditioning can make rooms uncomfortable especially during daytime!!! Limited phone reception detracts from guest connectivity!!!

The amazing location offered quick access to the lake and lush hiking spots. Breakfast featured a good array, including fresh fruit and smoothies that added a refreshing touch. While the room wasnice and neat, it felt a bit basic for the price. It would have been great to have more modern amenities. Staff were helpful overall, but there was a slight delay during check-in that could improve.

Cozy hotel, cute staff, this small and inviting hotel offers a good-sized room with a balcony and a convenient location just a short bus ride from the main rail station.

The hotel is in a fantastic location near the lake, and we loved exploring local spots. The staff were genuinely friendly and gave us great tips. Don't miss the delicious breakfast-they nail it! The nearby bus routes are super convenient for getting around easily.

One downside was the absence of air conditioning, made the room a bit uncomfortable during the day.
